He raced in Formula 2 as well as serving as a Force India F1 development driver. His career gave him firsthand experience inside the world’s most elite racing environments. Facu has been instrumental in securing Formula 1-affiliated roles for RTS drivers — many rising from karting through the RTS pathway. Abel Roig is a specialist in human performance and physical preparation within motorsport, focused on building drivers capable of sustaining performance under the physical and mental demands of modern racing. As a Director and Head of Human Performance at Road to Success, Abel shapes how drivers are prepared across the RTS pathway, integrating conditioning, recovery and nutrition with race demands, travel and long-term career progression. His multidisciplinary background across Physical Activity and Health, Motorsport and performance sciences underpins the physical standards that support RTS drivers as complete, high-performance assets.

Samuele Balboni is a highly regarded motorsport talent scout with a strong background from karting to single seaters, focused on strategic driver-team alignments. He joined the Road to Success team in 2023 and has over 10 years experience securing the best opportunities for talent across Europe.

Dylan Young is a Melbourne-born racer who built his career the hard way — from Australia to Europe — competing at the sharp end of single-seaters and sports prototypes against future Formula One talent, including as a teammate of Mick Schumacher. A Vice Champion in the MRF Challenge, Dylan brings firsthand understanding of elite performance and progression. Off track, Dylan helped launch Oscar Piastri’s Quad Lock partnership, working closely with Mark and Ann Webber. Today, Dylan operates across Formula One, delivering elite partner experiences at Grands Prix worldwide while mentoring and guiding the next generation of drivers through the RTS system.

Dr Bill Anseline is a globally recognised sports and performance physician with decades of experience supporting elite athletes and artists under extreme physical demands. In sport, he has acted as a personal medical advisor to motorsport athletes including Jack Doohan, Mick Schumacher, James Courtney, and Dick Johnson, as well as boxing champions Kostya Tszyu and Nikita Tszyu. Dr Bill also served as Chief Medical Officer for Nitro Circus worldwide, one of the world’s leading extreme sports tours. Beyond sport, Dr Anseline has provided medical support on worldwide tours for global music acts including Mick Jagger, Pink, Fleetwood Mac, Queen, Guns N’ Roses, Metallica and Foo Fighters. He serves as Chairman of Hemisphere Medical Group and supports RTS athletes with a focus on performance, recovery and career longevity.
