Road to Success (RTS) is a global motorsport driver management organisation built around one core belief:

Former GP3 Vice-Champion and Formula One development driver Facu Regalia founded Road to Success after experiencing the realities of modern motorsport firsthand. He has since built careers from the ground up, placing drivers into leading global programs and current Formula One academies.
Abel Roig brings specialist expertise in athlete performance, health and motorsport development, with deep technical grounding across Physical Activity and Health, Motorsport, Sports Chiromassage and International Marketing.
Former open wheeler racing driver Dylan Young leads RTS across Oceania, bringing international racing insight and commercial execution into the wider RTS framework.
Together, RTS operates as a single, unified system — built to move drivers forward in the most demanding era motorsport has ever seen.

Mari Boya joined us as a kid in karting and we’ve now signed him to the Aston Martin Formula 1 Team AS HE MOVES UP TO FORMULA 2 WITH PREMA.
Our female ace, Kaylee Countryman, will represent the Haas FORMULA 1 Team in F1 Academy FOR 2026.
Now we’re doing the same for the next generation — including Swedish-Aussie karting prodigy Axel Gore.
