Road to Success Expands Global Operations into Oceania

Global driver management organisation Road to Success (RTS) has formally expanded its international operations into Oceania, marking a significant step in the company’s global growth and creating a direct pathway for emerging talent from Australia and New Zealand into the world’s leading motorsport categories.

Road to Success has established a permanent presence in the region — the first fully integrated, European-backed driver management structure operating locally and directly connected into the global motorsport ecosystem.
RTS currently manages FIA Formula 2 driver and Aston Martin Formula 1 Academy member Mari Boya, who competes with leading outfit PREMA Racing.
Founded in 2018 by former GP3 Vice-Champion and Formula 1 development driver Facu Regalia, RTS has supported and developed drivers who have progressed through its system into Formula 1 — including current Grand Prix driver Liam Lawson and Mercedes F1 reserve driver Frederik Vesti — as well as into IndyCar, with highly regarded rookie Dennis Hauger competing in the 2026 season.
Beyond Formula 1 and IndyCar, RTS has also guided drivers who have progressed into Formula E, while its current talent pool spans the full international pathway — from elite European karting through to British, Spanish and Italian Formula 4, F1 Academy, Formula Regional European Championship, FIA Formula 2, the USF Pro Championships and Indy NXT, GT racing and leading endurance categories.
The Oceania expansion integrates the established European operation with a locally based structure led by Melbourne-born former racer Dylan Young, strengthening international transition pathways for Australian and New Zealand drivers.
Young said the launch is about addressing a long-standing gap in how drivers from Australia and Oceania transition into global motorsport.
Dylan Young:

Too often we’ve gone to Europe underprepared, trying to figure it out on the fly once we get there. What we’re building now is different — a permanent, European-backed pathway embedded here in Oceania that simply hasn’t existed before. We’re finally building the bridge properly so when drivers step into Europe, they do so as fully prepared athletes operating to global standards — not just battlers trying to survive.”

The Oceania arm will operate as an integrated extension of the European RTS system, providing career planning, contract negotiation, team placement strategy, brand positioning, sponsorship acquisition and performance development from karting through to professional categories.
Regalia said the Oceania expansion reflects the increasing complexity of elite motorsport.

The broader RTS network includes former Formula 1 test drivers Lucas Auer and Dani Juncadella, who serve as ambassadors and managers within the European program.
In addition to Boya’s Formula 2 campaign as an Aston Martin Formula 1 Academy driver, RTS supports American driver Kaylee Countryman, who will represent the Haas Formula 1 Team in F1 Academy.
The organisation is also working with emerging Australian-Swedish talent Axel Gore, currently competing in Europe as he progresses up the ranks in international karting.
Road to Success has confirmed its first Australian signing, with Luca Cosolo (16) set to make his single-seater debut in the 2026 AU4 Championship (F4) with AGI Sport.
Further driver announcements are expected in the coming weeks as the Oceania operation expands.
Young said early response to the launch has been strong, with significant interest from drivers and families across Australia and New Zealand.
