Who we are
Road To Success is a well-established coaching and management company founded by 2013 GP3 Series Vice-Champion Facu Regalia in 2018. After three years working on the international scene, Road To Success is currently collaborating with outfits and drivers contesting the FIA Formula 2, the FIA Formula 3, the Formula 3 Regional, different Formula 4-based racing series across Europe and even top karting championships. A clear Road to F1 in which we provide you with our know-how. Besides, we are also involved in several GT racing series such as the Lamborghini Super Trofeo, one of the most closely-fought single-make series in the world with twenty drivers lapping within a second.
The company is marked by the continued expansion of its activities and entered the American racing scene, through the famous Indy Light championship, two years ago continuing Road To Success’ growth strategy. Last but not least, we are also working with different clients in Asia and New Zealand, which has become an essential racing scene for young drivers as a winter series in recent years.
For us, it is key to work with drivers from the roots and our goal is to help them reach the pinnacle of motorsport. We keep it simple. Ambitious goals for ambitious people.

Jonathan has an extensive and outstanding career as a go kart driver; He was five times world karting champion, three times winner of the European competition and WSK Champion, 12 titles in France and Belgium, Las Vegas Winner Super Pro and twice Gold Helmet . In the midst of so many personal achievements, his experience as a driver coach also began 15 years ago, and quickly stood out with great results.
